One layer of oil tanned Gaucho leather and one layer of veg tan leather glued together and fully stitched for a tough laminate construction. Star concho at top. Gaucho exterior has good character. Only issue is that you can feel the back of the concho through the back of the sling. It's glued together so well I would destroy it trying to fix.
